This was created by using the pattern of  capilary waves to create shadows. By etching these into acrylic produces an effective contrasting shadow when light is directed at the panels.. The pieces of acrylic and pattern layered on one another, allows areas to be heightened by the level of detail and the intricacy of the shadows.  The addition of moving the light changes and combines the layers together to create an simple ephemeral state.
